This next progression to the Bulk Series, consist of a 4 Week Training and Nutrition Program that focuses on progressively building lean muscle mass via body split muscle group training and a clean nutrition intake. Progressions within this phase in regards to weight increases are guided through a weekly basis, and supersetting is the main form of challenging the muscle growth. Best results will be made through sticking to the nutrition program as closely as possible. This Phase is to be completed following Phase 1 Bulk.
